NANAIMO — Were you in it to win it on Tuesday night?
The Tuesday, Aug. 2 Lotto Max draw’s main jackpot came and went without a winner, however one of the two MaxMillions prizes was won by a ticket purchased in Nanaimo, according to the BC Lottery Corporation.
Winning numbers for the Nanaimo ticket were: 6 7 14 21 22 37 47. The other million dollar prize went unclaimed.
Without a winner on the main draw, the jackpot for the Friday, Aug. 5 draw will be an estimated $55 million.
The win continues Nanaimo punching well above its weight in lotto luck.
Since 2012, nearly two dozen tickets purchased in the Harbour City have won $500,000 or more.
Winners have a year to claim their prize.
