Despite the fact that Daryl refuses to call me “Boss” I’m going to be doing the Nanaimo Brain Injury Society (NBIS) “Toss the Boss!” fundraiser this year! I’ll be raising money until jump day on October 13th at Wildplay Nanaimo. Then I’ll take my first ever bungee jump right over the Nanaimo River! All proceeds raised go towards supporting, educating, and advocating for adults with acquired brain injuries and their families, as well as increasing community awareness. Your donation will go towards funding the comprehensive set of programs at NBIS and help us to continue to offer a safe and welcoming space for brain injury survivors – a home away from home.
