It’s an indoor fitness bootcamp that lasts 6 weeks, starting next Monday, September 17th. The best results come if you attend 3 – 5 days per week and since it’s a group class, everyone participates at their own level so it doesn’t matter what shape you’re in! You’re going to get amazing results during these 42 days! Plus, they include an easy to follow cookbook and meal plan to help you get even faster results.
Bootcamp times will be:
Monday – Friday: 6:15 am, 7am, 9am, 5pm, 5:45pm, 6:30pm
Saturday: 9am, 9:45am
* Monday & Wednesdays have a 12:15pm class.
